“Where Not to Stay in Portage La Prairie”

Checked into the hotel, and found it outdated and run down. I checked into my room at approx 3 pm and the sound on the TV did not work, i called the desk and the front desk person came up as the maintenance man has already left for the day, She could not get it to work so moved me to another room, and the sound worked but the remotes did not and one remote did not have batteries in it. Then i got moved to a different room which was a down grade from what i was in an was paying for. everything worked but still a downgrade.The complimentary breakfast was sub par with very little selection and poor quality.The coffee cups that were provided in the rooms, had "NOT FOR HOT LIQUIDS" on the side of the cups, these were the only cups in the room and beside the coffee maker.i brought this to the attention of the front desk and they took the cup wrote my room number on the cup and that was it. when i checked out, it was like nothing has happened and my stay was perfect, not offer of anything compted or offer to make restribution or something to make up for the 4 nights i stayed there.Over all a very poor hotel.
