“My friends and I traveled to the Days Inn Windsor from the...”

My friends and I traveled to the Days Inn Windsor from the United States to celebrate birthdays. Everything was fine until we got back to the room at about 2AM to go to sleep. The room next to us, adjoined to us, was so loud. We had complained a total of six times starting at 4AM to the front desk. There was a "security guard" in the hall that was supposed to be monitoring the hall to make sure everything was under control. When we complained to the front desk at 4:30AM we were told that the security guard was taking care of it. On our second complaint at about 5AM, the guy from the front desk came up to their room and told them that it was our room that complained about them. I was absolutely shocked that he would say that. That is so incredibly unprofessional to do and it is leaking the privacy of complaints. We were told that one more complaint and they would be kicked out. A brother and a sister were screaming at each other in the room, we heard something that they threw break (it sounded like a bottle of some sort), they were slamming doors and swearing at least once every five minutes. We complained a few more times and nothing happened. I did not get to sleep until 6:30AM because they were so loud and none of the staff was taking care of it. In addition, on our fourth complaint, we were so sick and tired of dealing with this that we asked to switch rooms and the guy at the front desk told us they were all booked. When they did not switch our rooms because they were booked, the guy at the front desk told us that there was free wifi and to put on a movie and try not to think about the noise. I could not believe he would even say that. Then, at 8AM they woke up and were fighting again but we didn't feel the need to call because the staff wasn't going to do anything about it. I've traveled over and stayed at the Days Inn Windsor two other times and I had a fine time, but this time was absolutely ridiculous and I do not plan to be back. I would've appreciated them to either take care of the situation, give us a new room, or give me a discount or my money back. I am completely unsatisfied with the service I got.
