“Not very happy”

Stayed for 5 nights in January. Decent inexpensive restaurant inside the hotel, vending machines on every floor. Got mini fridge in the room, mini microwave as well. Only the lobby area seems to have been renovated, our room interior really looked old. Got a smaller room (part taken out for storage, one of probably 4-5 in a floor) even though there were 4 of us (two small children). Bathroom sink is in the middle of the room separate from bathtub/shower and toilet. This was very inconvenient and every room is like that I believe (saw 3 inside). Service forgot to leave shampoo for two days, also did not vacuum the room at all during our stay. Front desk staff refused to extend checkout time by an hour (11am to 12pm) to accommodate a napping baby. Asked for our room number to make sure we follow what they said. Woke baby up and checked out at 11. Charges for the room safe use (small money, but annoying). We aren't planning to stay there again.
