“Worst Stay Experience”

First, I picked this out of good price and allows 5 person stay but I encountered following major issues during my stay in this Days Inn.1. Airport shuttle only starts at 8AM. This is another major bummer. I learned that after I checked in the hotel. I have to rearrange my rental car to get me to airport for 7AM flight. 2. Staff didn't know how to check-in. One staff blames another in front of us.3. Staff claimed that its web error to allow guest book 5 person for the stay.4. Paid $10 for extra rolling bed with no pillow no sheet. Worst of all I had to go to lobby to get it myself. Pushed all the way to my room on the second floor. I kept asking about pillow but staff said no extra to provide and give me two blankets instead. We used the rolling bed for two nights and informed staff to take away for the rest 2 nights stay but they refused and just said "keep in the room and we won't charge you".Very disappointed at this Days Inn.
