“Wedding Party Family Stay”

The hotel itself was just fine. I was extremely irritated that management does not always stand by their reservations staff and honor what they've told customers. In my case, I booked two rooms and was told that one (for two people) would be $54.95 per night and that the other (for three people) would be $59.95 per night. When I went to pick up a confirmation, the manager told me that they would both be $59.95 per night. She would not budge, and she had us over the proverbial barrel as we really needed the rooms. So I held my tongue until now.Management should honor what customers have been told and should stand by their front desk/reservation people rather than undermining them by changing the terms. Admittedly, this is a small amount of money ($20 extra dollars for the four night stay), but it is the principle of the thing that bothers meWe will not use Day's Inn again if you don't make some adjustment.
