“Hotel needs updating”

I rated the hotel poor for several reasons. First, the heater/air conditioner would not shut off. I asked the man at the desk if it could be fixed and he said 'no it's old. Just shut off the circuit breaker'. Then he proceeded to show me how to find the circuit breaker on the heater/A/C unit in the lobby. Then the alarm clock I had was covered with dust. I asked for a new one and got one that didn't work. The hair dryer would work for a while and then shut off and wouldn't start again until it was off for some time. I tried to call the desk several times but the phone wasn't working. I felt the people in the lobby were not interested in solving problems.
