“My stay on 1/17”

  , Dundee
My family all stayed at this hotel because of being in town for a funeral of our grandmother. Everything at the hotel was wonderful. The only problem I had with the actual hotel was the breakfast. We went down there around 8:45am on Saturday. There was only one waffle iron and there was a woman with 4 children and she made waffles for her, her friend and all of the children so I wasn't able to eat a waffle. The bagels were gone at that point and 2 of the 4 cereals were gone. The funeral was that morning, so I didn't have more than 45 minutes to wait for breakfast. So, I ate a piece of bread, which wasn't toasted because the only toaster was being used for about 15 minutes by that same family, and a hard boiled egg. The staff was friendly and helpful. .While we were in the pool Saturday night (there were about 12 of my family members in the pool at the time), there was a very rowdy group of teenagers at about 8:30 until around 10pm. They were running, throwing each other into the pool, using foul language, kissing (and worse), and diving into the pool. They were splashing us and just being completely inappropriate. What's worse is that the parents of the kids were just sitting in the hot tub. And they were drinking multiple types of beverages. Normally, I think it is fine to have some fun, but they were out of control. It was obvious that no one at the front desk was watching the camera or they just couldn't see the whole pool because nothing was done until my sister went to complain. Even then, no one came down for almost 30 minutes. By that time, we were disgusted and got out of the pool. This was the day we buried our grandmother and our evening was ruined by these kids. But the hotel itself was clean and everything else during our stay was great.
