“booked a king suite for stay Fri thru mon and was told the...”

booked a king suite for stay Fri thru mon and was told the suite was not available until sun and mon nites but we could take a kng room and move. Upon arrival were told the suite was available for all nites. After fri and sat nite in the king suite, we were told there was a booking error and we had to get out of that king suite and someone also forgot to reserve any room for us for the last 2 nites. the hotel was also full. After waiting in our room for instruction, which nothing was happening and we were supposed to be gone snowmobiling, not sitting in the room and packing up all of our belongings, I took it upon myself to find a vacant room according to which doors were open and told the staff which room we would move to. After waiting for the room to be cleaned, we moved all of our stuff and when ready to leave for the day, I was approached in the hall to be told a king suite had just come available on the main floor if we wanted to move yet again. we declined that move and took a king room at a 10% discount for the last 2 days. Upon arrival in the new room, the surface of the toilet seat was filthy and I had to clean it on my own with the clorox wipes I had brought with me. I realize this was not the fault of any of the staff on site that day, but rather someone who had dealt with the booking earlier in the month, I can say that the staff was extremely apologetic and helpful once they realized there was a big problem and they did go out of their way to correct the situation. The discount was also appreciated.
