“Pool is freezing!!”

- This was our second stay at this location. I called ahead to check if the pool was warm, because it was not on our last stay. I was assured it was warm. But it was absolutely not! Not only was the pool cold, but the hot tub was barely warm. The staff were pleasant. We stayed in a suite with a king size bed and a sleeper sofa.The bed was comfortable, but the pull out was dirty, worn out and very uncomfortable for my 13 year old. Everything else was average.
