“VERY DISAPPOINTED”

We were celebrating family Christmas and has reserved 3 rooms asking for them to include refridgeraters which they did have but were not plugged in before our arrival. one room had no hot water so it was exchanged for a different room but quite a distance down the hall from the rest of the family. This room had dirty or stained sheets on one of the beds but did have hot water. Also one room had only 3 tv stations available! all pbs by the way. The staff was very friendly though. The area had been hit by a recent ice storm but it had been 3 days and the parking lot and entry way was very icy and difficult for our couple of elderly guests to walk on. Our keys did not work in the side entry door and we had to use a rock to keep it opened while we unloaded our luggage. The keys also stopped working in all of our room doors a good 3 hours before checkout time. The maids did help us get in our rooms though. The continental breakfast had a good selection but by 10am they were out of egg patties and sausage and the coffee in the thermos's was luke warm. Again all staff was very polite and friendly but not up to date on these other issues. We probably will not stay there again. Not a good deal for the cost.
