“Treated poorly by Staff Nikki”

I called in advance to allow my daughter to get in our room. Nikki saw that I was a rewards customer, redeeming my rewards for 2 nights stay. She said she could not allow her in for security reasons. She then suggested I send my daughter a copy of my license to her phone, which she does not have one.Then she said could I fax her, I again told her I was on the road in KY.She said she saw on the computer that I was a Rewards customer.I asked if she was treating me this way because I was a rewards customer, and she said YES, I don't make any money on you. We always told the hotel that my daughter will show up first, and NEVER had a problem. Our bedspread had dirt on it and the room smelled like a skunk. We did not complain because it was FREE, and I knew it would not have mattered since the earlier treatment. This is the first time we were treated like 2nd class people. The night mgr. was very nice, We didn't mention the earlier experience, although we felt he was briefed. In the future we will stick with the nicer hotels. Wyndham has many quality hotels with great staff. and we appreciate the Rewards. I do find it hard to believe, her hotel will not be reimbursed in any way, for us using our reward.
