“Some improvements need to be made ASAP!!!!”

The front desk Stephanie was very helpful. The other members were very rude.Many things were broken in the room (1005): light shade had a big crack in it and the entertainment center had all of the doors missing and was missing a drawer.There blacks spots on the bed spread. and the front door paint was chipping away.The safe was a 2.00 charge for each day and were charged a total of six dollars. We never used the safe and the management would not refund the money. Also, the safe looked like it could be opened with a simple screwdriver -- was not electronic like many other hotels that my wife and I have stayed at.The walls were very thin -- I could hear the room next door (1004) yelling and banging on the wall til 3:00 in the morning. The bathroom was OK, but very , very small. There was just enough space for a shower tub and toilet.Also, when we had the hotel lock up our luggage for us, since we arrived early, the front desk had no problem just letting us back in the locked room and did not provide us a claim ticket the same thing happened when we checked out.Also, it would have been nice to know that there was only one pick up time and only one drop off time from the hotel to the major parks and only one park to hotel time, So, we had to use taxi most of the time.'For example, Universal Studios open/closes from 9-9.But, the free shuttle was pick up at 10:30 (from hotel to park 1 1/2 hour after park open) and took us back to hotel at 7:30 (1 1/2 hours before park closes).Wouldn't made more sense to have a shuttle pickup closer to the open/closing of the park. So we had to use taxis more then we planned to.Also, the hotel Does not provide breakfast.
