Keith, We are sorry that you were not happy with your stay with us. For the past few years, our standard rate has been $69.99 plus tax, which comes out to be right around $80 after taxes. Unless you normally have a negotiated rate with our hotel, our standard rate has not changed. If you do have a negotiated rate with us and were charged incorrectly, please contact us with your date of stay and reservation information and we will happily look into the rate issue. As for the wireless connection, we have three different wireless networks so that the entire hotel is covered with our wifi. Occasionally the router does need to be reset, which we are more than willing to do for any guest. It is possible that you were not connected to the proper network for the portion of the building that you were in. Either way, we apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused you. The best thing to do when there are issues with internet connection is to contact the front desk, and they will address the problem immediately. « hide

While there are often times that the front desk is very busy, that is no excuse to not have someone handle any issue that you might have had with the wireless connection.
