“Not great”

It doesn't look great on the outside but, I wasn't spending much time there. The lobby was ok and the rooms were clean and nice but, there was remodeling going on however, not a big deal, either. I came for a business trip and brought the family as it is near MOA. I was really only looking for 3 things' pool, wifi and free breakfast. Pool was nice size for families, and the breakfast was very good, lots of variety. On the other hand, there was No wifi in the rooms. When I asked Gregg at the front desk he said they were working on it. Come to find out, there isn't any wifi in the rooms per 2 other staff members. Gregg kept telling me I could use it in the lobby but, I teach fitness classes and have to have the music on and I move around. I wasn't doing that in the lobby. Also, it seemed that some people were there on a voucher of some sort or another and Gregg treated us as if we were, too. We were paying customers but, that shouldn't even matter. We should All be treated the same, but in a good way, not a bad way. BTW: Gregg sat outside a lot smoking and texting and when he was behind the desk, he was on his phone, talking and texting. The rest of the staff was good and the rooms were clean and the breakfast was great.
