“I called advising that I had arrived 10:45pm and was told...”

I called advising that I had arrived 10:45pm and was told by Amanda that the taxi will pick me up in 15/20 mins.and that he will have my name. After 4 calls to her finally a cab arrived 1hour 10 mins later (midnite). On the second call I had asked her to confirm the message to the cab company because I had been waiting 28 mins. She said that it was not necessary. The drivers did no have my name. I had to call her 2 more times. She had absolutely no concern about my extended wait and did not want to make confirmation calls to straighten the confusion. Problem was only at check-in, otherwise during the next 3 days the staff was very good.
