“21 and 22 Mar 2013”

Upon arrival, it was discovered I was going to receive 2 regular beds instead of 2 queen beds as requested. There was no refrigerator nor a microwave as promised, was told "they ran out of them"--I was charged 30 dollars per night for three dogs, total of 60 dollars INSTEAD of 10 dollars per night as promised. I was told this morning the 60 dollars would be credited to my account because of the inconveniences _ I AM STILL WAITING for it to be credited. The primary reason for staying at days-inn is they used to charge me 10 per day for three dogs, they told me this morning to be prepared to spend 30 dollars per day in the future as day's inn was pushing to get these additional charges. If in the future pet rates are going up I will probably stay elsewhere as day's Inn is not tht luxurious of a motel to stay at. TV's are outdated, pillows are like laying on a rag, no refrig, no microwave and just not that fancy of a motel. I stay at a motel in this area 3-4 times a year, but this trip was not a good one--and I am still waiting for the 60 dollars to be credited to my account. If they don't have refrig/microwave, the should say (if available) not indicated they WILL be available--I am a diabetic and my medicine must be refrigerated---disappointing stay at day's inn this time.
