Since your stay our pool and spa have been reopened! It was down for a short time due to maintenance. All of our mattresses were recently upgraded to Sealy Beauty Rest mattresses. Since your stay the entrance to the hotel has been taken care of by the city. There was a problem with the drain being covered so the melted snow was unable to drain and caused the icy patches at the driveway. We are in the process of updating many things within our hotel including the TV's. We have been making a lot of positive changes and I hope that in the future you give us the opportunity to serve you again. I want to thank you for taking time to review our property. Unfortunately for the time being our pool and hot tub will remain closed while we make some needed repairs and upgrade some items. We do plan to have it up and ready in very little time. I apologize that you were not accommodated for the pool being down. I would like to note that our mattresses are Simmons BeautyRest mattresses and were recently upgraded.
