“I gave you a rating of 2 only because the service and...”

I gave you a rating of 2 only because the service and employees were very friendly and very helpful. My complaint is because my car was parked near the front entrance of the building, and my car, along with the car next to me, was broken into. I woke up the next morning to find my window broken, my backpack that was in the car laying in the parking lot, but nothing stolen. There are no security or cameras to prevent anything like this. I do a lot of travelling and visit lots of bigger cities, in some very sketchy areas but never have problems like this. Mostly because the hotels I stay at have cameras in the parking lot. From what I could tell, this isn't the first time this happened at the hotel. Guests will not feel comfortable staying at your hotel if they have to worry about their car getting broken into. I personally will not be staying at your hotel ever again because of this experience. The police were not helpful and I'm stuck paying for a new window and having to continue my travel home with no back window. I would recommend placing some kind of security or installing cameras in the parking lot. I understand this wasn't the hotels fault, but obviously someone was walking around the parking lot peeking into cars. If there was cameras, or security, the culprit would have been caught right away or this could have been prevented in the first place. Also your TV's are very outdated. The picture quality was terrible. I've stayed at a Motel 6 in a seedy area of San Francisco, and even they had flat screen TV's. I used to work at Wyndham Hotel Group in the Customer Service department and know that complaints are very important with your hotels reputation. The employees, breakfast, and room cleanliness all were great! But I would recommend worrying about the guests vehicle security, instead of people parking in your lot that aren't guests.
