Dear Michael A, Thanks for your quick note and yes, we do have a phenomenal location right on University Ave, connecting Minneapolis and St Paul. The free parking is a huge bonus for all our patrons as parking in this area can be scarce and costly. Thanks again and look forward to having you back soon! « hide

Dear Jeanne, Thank you for your comments regarding your recent stay. We did recently change our policies to a non-smoking facility in February. We have had relatively no complaints regarding smoke smell in the hotel for several months, so I'm deeply sorry you had this experience. Your room did have a queen sized bed. In rooms with two beds, they are full sized, however in your room it was a queen. We are working on providing a better complimentary breakfast for all of our guests and we will take your comments to heart. My apologies that felt the staff was cold and rude and you were directed to the second floor for a restroom. We do not have public bathrooms on the first floor. We have indeed won Chairman's Award for several years running for our commitment to quality and I'm sorry that you did not enjoy your stay. Dear Terry B, Thank you for taking time to write a note about your stay. My sincerest apologies that you had to see guests display such inappropriate behavior in our lobby and it's a shame that one group can give that impression of our facility. It is certainly not the norm or tolerated in any way, shape, or form. We did take this event as an opportunity to review with our staff what steps should be taken to rowdy guests and that this behavior is not acceptable and will result in immediate eviction of all persons in the group.
