“I'm about to give as I'm not one to complain. But I did...”; Jan 02, 2013 Jacob L, Andover; I'm about to give as I'm not one to complain. But I did not like my stay at all. I enjoyed spending time with my girlfriend of three years but the hotel itself was horrible. The customer service was almost non-existent,and the lady owner/manager was rude. I didn't know breakfast ended at 9am, it was 9:30, and most places ends at 10am. I saw orange juice available and bread sitting out and figured there might be something in a drawer so I looked. She came out of a backroom and demanded to know what i was doing. I felt like I was being interrogated. And then on the day that we actually checked out they had left their breakfast available until 11am or later. I will stay at a different hotel next time that offers better and more amenities as well as customer service. Even reviews on google say this place say it's a dump. I encourage you to go read them. The TVs were poor too. They didn't even have connection ports in the back. I don't expect a flat screen but seriously. I write this review not in spite but in the hopes that these issues are fixed.
