Thank you for reviewing our property. My most since apologies for the problems that occurred at check-in. There were communication problems on two occasions around the time of your stay, and I can only imagine how frustrating this was. Thank you for your commentary on channels, though we actually carry many of the ones you mentioned, so perhaps you found an old channel guide. Apparently there was some problems with reservations being delivered to some locations for a short period of time around the time of your stay, but thankfully that has since been resolved. I will look into the room you occupied and address wallpaper and paint repair problems, as well as the vent. I will also address the vacuuming with the housekeeping staff. I do hope you will give us another chance the next time you are in the area.
