“Worst Hotel I've Ever Stayed At”

This hotel was terrible. Immediately upon arriving, the front desk woman was irritable and was hesitant to let me and my fiance stay there because I am only 19 (he is 21), even though I booked in advance and online I stated I was 19 when purchasing my room. I also booked a room with a private jacuzzi, but the room she assigned to us didn't have one. When I confronted her about this (I even showed her my email confirmation that stated I had purchased a room with a private jacuzzi- I paid $10 extra for it), she said that since I received an online discount the jacuzzi room was not included. I had the proof right there in front of her, and she still wouldn't let us have the room we had originally paid for. I ended up having to pay an additional $10 to get the room we wanted in the first place. The hotel had a musty dorm room smell and our bedroom probably hasn't been renovated since the '90s. It had two small TVs and an uncomfortable bed with an even worse comforter and pillows. The jacuzzi had broken knobs and wouldn't stop draining. Honestly if the front desk woman was not so rude we would have been much more satisfied with our visit, but this hotel was not worth what I paid. Terrible service. Other people who stayed there who we visited with in the morning said the same thing.
