- Service was great - provided by Susan at the front desk. She was FABULOUS from the booking of the hotel through the last night we were there. Nothing I would change about service. She was exceptional. We did request a non smoking room. We didn't get one...if it was one, it didnt smell like one. The lock stopped working. Everytime we wanted to enter the room, Susan had to come open the door for us, which never once she ever complained about. It was just terribly inconvenient for us. Susan did schedule for the maintenance guy to come fix. He wasn't successful. She tried. I would have liked to have another room offered to us though. The room that I booked for my mother smelled great. She had no problems other than being a GINORMOUS spider in her room. No big deal.....can't be perfect. Thank you for sending the survey. I will be staying at Days Inn in the future. Thank you again, Susan for your friendliness and awesome service. God Bless YOU!Lauren
