“some tips”

I rarely do these reviews unless some real issues need to be addresses (in my opinion). I was put in a room (on a low volume night) that had pass through door to the next unit). I was not made aware of this when I booked the room (which would of been nice). however, the big issue was you could hear the people talking in the room next door. it appears the pass through door didn't fit right (my guess is the door frame is slightly crooked and the problem cannot be easily fixes) (that's probably why it was easy to hear the people talking next door). the second issue I had was when coming back to the motel room at the end of a business day. my key no longer opened the door. I had to go to the front desk and ask them to reprogramming my card key so I could get back in to my room. that did not work. so they called engineering who tried my key, went with me back to the front desk, and asked a difference clerk a the front desk to reprogram the key. that finally worked. so it took 20 minutes or so to get back in my room that evening.
