“Owners need customer service training”

This was actually not a bad hotel and it served the purpose that I needed. On the beach and close to family. The owners were not very friendly nor accommodating. My credit card was also run upon arrival without my permission. Isn't it customary to run the credit card after the stay? The owner dismissed my complaint. The food in the continental breakfast was as expected however the milk was sour at least 3 mornings out of my week stay. On check out day I tried to use the elevator but it had been turned off. I was on the 3rd floor. The owners explanation was that it was cold (57 degrees) and the oil in the hydraulics wouldn't work. Cold, really!!!!!!!!!! Oh yes and no help to get my luggage down to the car. I think this would be a fine place if the owners had some hospitality training.On the good side location was great, rooms were clean, beds were comfortable and ocean view was very nice.
