“Your service and hotel is a dump. Will never stay in a days”

On ~10/25 I tried to book a room over on your Days Inn website. I tried a number of times but the response I received each time was that the site was under maintenance and could not execute the booking. I then called the hotel attendant and she explained that after the hotel was 90% occupied the website would no longer accept bookings. I then booked over the phone and the hotel attendant (Tara) emailed me the confirmation for the room I booked over the phone. When I arrived on 10/27 the attendant (Corey) notified me that I had two rooms booked although I only received one confirmation number. One over the phone and the other on the internet. He explained that he would have to call his boss/owner of the hotel to cancel a room because it was a busy night. He called and I could here over the cell phone that the lady on the other side was not interested in hearing about the confusion. She said there was nothing her hotel could do that I need to call the corporate office and it wasn't her problem. I heard every word she said I could not believe her tone and unprofessional position. I called the corporate office that evening and spoke to a Tara and she explained that she would have to investigate and would call me back that evening. That never happened. I will be contacting the BBB on 11/3 if my card is not credit back for the second room. I will also be diligent in making sure the hotel/Days Inn/Wyndham company looses much more than the $130 they have stolen from me.
