These reviews always make my morning. I know I say that every time but it's true! Guests like you keep me loving every minute of what I do! I know our cleaning staff greatly appreciates the kind words as well because as we all know those folks work hard. The breakfast is going to just keep getting better as we continue to dress up our lovely new cabinets and granite tops. I am terribly sorry to hear there wasn't a front desk person available in a timely manner to refill the milk. We take great pride in service and I'm sorry we were not to your standards during breakfast hours. I have the utmost confidence in our staff and I can only think a guest needed assistance elsewhere and they had to be away from the front desk longer than expected. We have continued to upgrade our breakfast area and now have new cabinets, cabinet tops and tile. We will continue to try to find better ways to serve our guests as we revamp our breakfast area and appreciate you letting us know of our oversite. We also appreciate you recommending us as a good place to stay and we look forward to seeing you again with our "bar" raised. « hide

Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your stay! I'm sorry to hear you had key issues. We try very hard to keep things like that from happening and I assure you have had ample training. Our staff is very sorry you experienced that during your stay. *A handy travel tip for others- placing your room key cards next to your cell phone or in the same pocket will wipe the information stored on the keys. Microwave's have a similar effect, although I would hope you don't have one of those in your pocket!* Not to indicate that was the issue here, just thought it would be a good oppurtunity to share a travel tip that could save others from a similar experience. We're sorry we didn't WOW you and have made improvements. As for the remote's not working, that will no longer be an issue. We have brand new flat screen televisions with HD channels available in all rooms with new remotes to boot of course. We were pleased to see you found comfort and cleanliness to your standards. We will continue to try to raise the bar in coming months and look forward to a second chance to show you our finest features. « hide

Online reservations are no longer the future but a must have way of the present and Days Inn is continually finding new ways to make it easier and more convenient for our guests to utilize this.
