“Needs maintenance”

The manager was very nice and accommodating but the building is falling apart. The room was in need of repairs. Main light switch was not working properly so you had to turn lights on from the lamp when entering dark room. I did not like this. There was a big black spider above the door. The lighting cover in the bathroom just above the sink counter area was warped and loose. After washing my hands in the sink there was a large pool of water on the counter top very close to the coffee pot and hair dryer which made me nervous because they were plugged into electrical outlets in the wall. It was all to close together. I don't like it when hotels put the coffee makers right next to the sink. Then when they clean the sink they are spraying cleaning solution all over the coffee pot. I could not tell if the water on the counter was leaking from the sink or the loose ceiling cover up above. The wall had small holes in it where I could see to the outside. There was not good soundproofing in the room and I could hear outside noises very clear. I got woke up by another guest coming in at 5 am. Pillows were too big and hard to sleep on. I had some hard boiled eggs at the breakfast and they looked and tasted like they had been around for more than a week. They sat heavy in my stomach all day long. They could do a lot better in my opinion.
