“Cheap”

We came to town for a family funeral. We were won over online by the indoor pool/playground and the availability of cheap family suites. You get what you pay for. The extra space was very nice and we were surprised when breakfast included hot foods. The pool was too cold to swim in, which broke my little boy's heart. These things happen and can be excused. What is harder to excuse is the terrible front desk service. We arrived in the middle o the night and were checked into the wrong room. My sister and hr family had the same tho happen. In both cases it has taken 30 min to check in in the first place. THEN the staff argued over whether we really had the reservations we said we had. We decided to wait until morning to get it straightened out. Eventually we got the right rooms. However, upon checkout, staff once again argued with us over the situation. Talk about crappy customer service! When you run such a basic place wihout luxurious amenities, how can you afford To great people so poorly?
