“Never again”

Rooms were very outdated, shower went from freezing to burning hot, stayed 3 nights...after first we realized there was an issue with the shower draining (feet covered) we said something and it wasn't taken care of...said something the next morning and it still wasn't taken care of by our last morning. I was told at check-in that I could pay with cash when we checked out, by the time we checked out we looked at our bank account and they already charged our card. The front desk worker told us if we wanted to pay with cash in the end it would be back in our account in 3-5 days. Very inconvenient. The pool and play area were not well lit. Seems that it could be a safety issue. We had a box fan with us on high every night and I could still hear trucks and other noises throughout the night.
