“The pool area and slide area was great for the kids, but...”; Mar 07, 2013 Sarah B, Springfield; The pool area and slide area was great for the kids, but other than that the hotel has nothing good to offer. The staff in the breakfast room were rude. The hotel in general is so outdated. It rained bad one day and the roof leaked everywhere and when we told the staff their response was yea it does that. The bath tub is in one room and a toilet and sink in another. Screws and bolts and stained showing everywhere. We will not be returning to this hotel again. I waited 12 mins (yes I kept track) to check in . The guy kept saying hang on im finishing something, just a second, I just need to do this.
