“The hotel from hell . . .”

Our daughter made the reservation based on the star rating, little knowing that the room would be filthy, the walls paper thin (we could hear the man in the next room snoring! In addition we heard the television as if it were in our room. We felt like we were in a room for homeless people or drug addicts. My wife actually cried and if it hadn't been so late we would have left immediately. To add insult ro injury the remote for the 20 year old tv only worked on reverse, When we checked out the next morning, cancelling the remaining 2 days, I requested that we receive a full refund. "Tom" was the man at the desk and apologized and assured me that we would receive a credit, although iy could take a few days. As of now that has not been received, I take him at his word.This place needs a complete makeover.
