“door problems”

I stayed at the Days Inn in Glendive as it is close to where I had meetings for work. I stayed for 2 nights and the first was fine. The 2nd day Iwas not able to get into the room and went to the desk they rekeyed my key and it still would not open. i went down again and the desk clerk came up and couldnt open it the first time then turned the handle the the wrong way and it opened. The next morning when I went to leave the door would not open from the inside, and I could not get out. I called to the front desk no answer, waited and tried the door again still would not open. I called front desk and got answer he said that he would be right up. 10 minutes later still has not showed up. By this time I am wondering if I should just call 911 . I call desk again and no answer. I am ponding on the door and pushing and after some time it opens. I take my things to the front desk and check out. He asked if I had a nice stay and I said that being locked in the room was not good . He replied well good then. I was charged full price for the room andleft pretty mad and late. After my meetings while traveling home I called the motel, asked if I could speak to the manager, not avaible, so I explaned what happened and the women on the phone said that I wouldn't want to talk to the assistent Manager as he was one on duty. I asked for a refund and she said that she was not able to do it but would have the manager call me. That was 3 days ago. They have lost my business and I stay at least once a month in Glendive. If you stay good luck opening yopur door.
