We recently increased our hot water capacity by installing four new hot water heaters compared to the three that existed previously. On your next visit, if you experience anything that concerns you, please do not hesitate to contact the front desk. They will be more than happy to assist you in any way they can. We appreciate your taking the time to review our property. We are pleased you had a pleasant stay in spit of finding the beds and pillows hard. We strive to offer the best product in our market and purchased all new Trevor Plush Top Simmons beds last November. Additionally, we have an assortment of pillows on offer and the next time you stay with us, if you are unhappy with the pillows, please contact the front desk and they would be happy to give you pillows more to your liking. In addition, we have also installed pillow protectors and mattress protectors on all our beds and pillows to further accentuate our guests experience.
