“Overcharged and no apologies”

The hotel charged me $628.04 dollars for one night, which was obviously an accident. The manager never apologized for this overcharge and just said I will have access to the money in a few days after they reimburse me. If I didn't have text alert on my cell phone for any charge over $100, I might have never known about the overcharge. I confronted the manager about this charge, and she at first played it off like she did not overcharge me, until I brought in my laptop w/ my bank statement showing the charges. I was patient the entire time, but I fully expected her to at least apologize for the inconvenience of not having access to a fairly large sum of money. She honestly seemed annoyed w/ me, although it was her mistake. I attempted to call Days Inn to file a complaint, because this is actually the second time I've been overcharged by a Days Inn in the last 2 years, but after sitting on hold for around 25 minutes, the lady that answered said she would transfer me to the complaints department. She transferred me to a disconnected number and it hung up on me.
