“THIS HOTEL RUINED MY WEDDING!”

Every guest had a problem with their room - it wasn't ready in time, smelled of smoke, not clean, took 2 hrs for a roll of toilet paper, the list goes on. They gave away my bridal suite to a guy who booked online 2 days prior to me checking in, and they checked him in right in front of me! Then they tried to accuse me of canceling my room, and wanted to switch me to a different room. A similar incident happened to my in-laws, and instead of the hotel staff taking care of the incident, they made my in-laws knock on the door of the room they were supposed to be in & ask the guests in that room to move. They charged a guest's room to my credit card without my authorization. When we called to inquire about it, they kept saying they would get back to us, and never did. It took 6 calls over 2 days before we discovered the error, and again, they did nothing to correct the mistake, and never apologized. Everyone was rude - especially the manger (Mike Bhoola). The level of rudeness & incompetence displayed by the check in staff & manager is indescribable. I will never stay at a Days Inn again because of this (and prior to it, I never had a problem at this chain). The manager at this location should be fired. He has no business running a hotel. If you value your money, time & self respect, you will NOT book here.
