“Terrible Customer Service”; Nov 30, 2012 Mackenze B, Washington; The front desk service was absolutely awful. Agents were rude, inflexible, and condescending. I have never encountered such inappropriate attitudes from customer service staff. Our company will never stay at a Days Inn again.
