As you stated, we are easily accessible via two Interstates as well as other major routes. We are also conveniently located near multiple shopping centers and restaurants that I hope you had a chance to see. Thank you for staying at Days Inn Parsippany and I apologize if your stay was less than pleasant. I believe there was a miscommunication between our staff regarding towels and I apologize for that. I also apologize for the difficult time you may have experienced while checking out. As you know, upon arrival, our front desk agent tried to remedy the situation immediately, so that you could spend your weekend in the city more freely. We took every action that could be taken to ensure that your expectations could be met. I will be sure to take your comments into consideration to better our service to guests for the future. Thank you for staying at Days Inn Parsippany, and I wanted to thank you for taking the time out to write this response. I apologize that there was no decaf coffee in your room during your stay. We usually have our housekeepers provide both regular and decaf coffee in all rooms. Each room should also have 4 hot/cold ribbed cups for use next to the ice bucket. We also have regular and decaf coffee packets as well as extra coffee cups available at the front desk 24/7.
