“The room appeared OK”

I asked for a quiet room away from traffic... Desk help kinda snickered. I got the middle of the row.... and on days where there were limited other guests, they were placed adjacent to our room. So, traffic, cars, barking dogs and the last night smoke filtering through the door between the room. right where the bag holder had all my clothes expedited our leaving.The maid was helpful and polite, but the bathroom shower curtain had mold, and the bathroom retained sour mold smells even after her cleaning.All of the lighting was dim... even with every light available on I had to use flashlight to find things dropped on floor.WIFI had a BAD virus... and I was not warned, but overheard staff telling others about it.I had to upgrade security and run system all day elsewhere to remove damage.Mattresses were hard and uncomfortable. with sharp edges as though they were box springs instead. Are mattresses that don't lend themselves to back pain or limb numbness really that much more expensive???When I originally got the quote online, and then the final copy after giving my credit card were different... and not to an extra savings. When I called Wyndham, all I got was a copy of the second final copy, and no way to send them the copy I had made of the page shown before finalizing the transaction.The discrepancy may seem small, but it continued to add up.
