“Awful, Awful stay!”

- Room was nice and clean. Only had two towels and one little bottle of shampoo. When we asked for more towels and two more bottles we we're asked why we needed extra things. Had to explain that there were four of us in the room.We finally did get them both. The towels took a little longer to get because we were told that they didn't have any clean towels available. How can a hotel of have any towels in the morning?? When the kids went swimming the evening before they were yelled at by the lady at the front desk. They were told to get out of the pool and that they should have seen the sign on the door saying the pool needed to be cleaned. The sign was NOT in English!! Very rude and very bad customer service. We then were charged $140 for pillows that we were accused of stealing!! Again very rude and bad bad customer service! Still fighting to get my money back from these crooks!!
