“The WORST HOTEL I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!!!!! Sleep in your car instead!!!”

This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. Every thing was fine until I went to crawl into bed. I pulled down the covers there were several long black hairs and several tiny black curly hairs(pubic hair) I am blonde so the hair was certainly not mine! Then I was looking closely at the bed an noticed puke stains on the wall. I called the front desk they acted like I was bothering them they moved me to a different room. No body offered to help me with my things. The second room was freezing and I turned on the heater and it blew cold air it was 32 degrese out side!!! I waited to see if it would just take a few min to warm up but after 20min, it was still blowing cold air. I called the front desk again once again I was bothering them. They came up the lady gave me a key to the 3rd room across the hall and I put the key in and the door handle fell off the door. I was so upset. I told the lady that was clueless about customer service to go get clean sheets and we are going back to the first room. I had to help her make the bed, which I am not above doing but, when you pay 90.00 bucks a night. That should be done for you. The next morning was the highlight. I went to check out, and the owners wife was at the front desk and I saw the owner she told me he was busy and that he would call me. HE HAS NEVER CALLED THEY OFFERED ME NOTHING NOT EVEN AN APOLOGY!!!! SLEEP IN YOUR CAR. If this was the last place on earth I would not reccomend it!
