“Late flight, car rental closed, only Days Inn kept their promises”

  , Denver
There is something very comforting in knowing the ambience of Days Inn remains consistent in locations across the country. Days Inn makes it easy to relax in their familiar surroundings.Travelers know that patience is key in having an enjoyable trip.Traveling over a major holiday like Christmas requires an extra dose of patience. Anyone's patience is tested, though when the flight arrives 30 minutes late and the car rental company is closed.Once I made it to Days Inn, it was like making it home, everything was as I remembered and the trip got a lot easierGina, manager at the Hayward location, helped me with some specific issues that came up for me during my stay. With this being a somber trip to handle the affairs of my 90 year old mother who has been admitted to a nursig home, I appreciated the courtesy and professionalism of the Days Inn team in Hayward.I called them several times with different questions and every member of the staff was helpful and patient in assisting me. I reflected on how this summer I stayed at the Park Lane Hotel in New York City, across the street from Central Park.I can honestly say, for service and value, I preferred my stay at Days Inn.The accomodations are comfy, cozy and familiar, like home. The breakfast buffet is always a welcome treat when I am traveling solo and I just need a quick start. The choicesof fresh fruits, cereal and breakfast breads are perfect. After many years of traveling across the United States for business and pleasure, I have found that the Days Inn always keeps their promise of a quality stay at a great value.
