“Business trip”

This hotel was easy to find and book via the web services. The facility was not accurately represented by the website. I arrived late at night to find that the "Business Center" was one old PC in the lobby, and no printer. I needed to print some documents I had just been emailed for my next day's business before I left in the morning. The indoor pool that was listed on the amenities was closed, and in the process of being converted to a meeting room. The room was a smoking room that smelled awful, and every horizontal surface was sticky dirty. Judging by the signage, the construction materials in the corridors, the unsecured outside entrances and the odor in the corridors, I did not ask to move to a new room. I had no reason to believe that there would be any improvement by switching rooms. Instead, I went to a local store to buy cleaners, a candle, and a deodorizer spray.When I asked the gentleman at the desk about the "Business center" being able to print, he said that it could not. After explaining my need to him, he did go out of the way to offer his personal email to me so I could forward my email to him to print on their computer. This single item saved a potentially bad start to my next day.
