“Falsely Advertized”

I had an okay time at days inn but some things were not as they seemed on the website. It says for this days inn 5 people could be accommodated in a 2 queen 1 cot room. We went to this hotel based on this assumption. When we arrived the room was too small almost to fit a cot in and there were 2 double beds. we were literally climbing over each other and the beds. The room was exceedingly hot because the heater was stuck to the on position. When we went to the front office for the free coffee the staff member there looked at us like we were out of place "Can I help you?" he asked in not so welcoming a voice - no we said we were just getting coffee which we clearly were. The conference room seems to be stacks of tables near the coin operated washer and dryer and the guest bathroom. There is no "spa" just a small pool and very small indoor pool - that was the "exercise facilities". The room was clean, they did apologize for the mix up (though for the beds most kept passing the buck, the website we found later is wrong), and the beds were uncomfortable but okay if you could breathe in that heat. Other than add the Benny Hill music to the 4 of us (3 adults and a teenager) trying to get over the beds and around each other to undress, charge cell phones etc. it wasn't that bad a place. Breakfast was good, if "deluxe" really didn't describe it was good and all you can eat - average continental breakfast. There is coffee makers, safe, and cable in your room. The shower was good although for a supposed 5 person room - they gave us 2 towels. They almost didn't give us a cot but we demanded it and got one for another $10. They wanted us to move to a Queen room but that was later after much complaining, and also saying there would not be room for the cot (all rooms are the same size God help the other guests). Overall not a bad place just not as advertised.
