“Never Coming Back”

I stayed at this hotel for four nights, while I was on a yearly vacation to the Hudson River Valley, and I will never stay again. While the hotel was decently clean, one day the hotel maid still hadn't gotten around to cleaning my room when I returned to my room at 530 pm (I had left before 7am). I found the beds in the rooms to be very uncomfotable and difficult to sleep on. In fact the first bed that I attempted to sleep on, I had to switch to the other bed because it was so lumpy and the corners dipped alarmingly. In addition to the beds causing poor sleep, there is a bar across the street that played loud live music (some sort of awful metal music) until some ungodly time in the morning 2 of the nights that I stayed. The rooms on the outside of the hotel around the parking lot were so poorly insulated (especially around the airconditioner) that not only could I feel every breeze outside I might as well had the band playing in my room. When I complained to the frount desk staff, they were spectacularily unhelpful, they would not move me to another room and there was no manager available to speak to until Monday (this was Friday evening at about midnight). They did offer me a discounted rate, which I didn't receive, since the frount desk clerk was so incompent at check out that he had to do my bill multiple times in order to check out. By this time I was so fed up that I just left.The breakfast was small and lacking in variety. The wifi was awful, it would work in the lobby but not in my hotel room. The hotel staff kept saying it was fixed, then when I treked across the parking lot back to my room it never was. The bathroom was cramped, and the toilet in my room was unlevel.
