We are so sorry that the night you stayed with us there were some disruptive guests. We work hard to try to keep guests who are rowdy to a minimum and have them removed if they are causing issues for other guests. We removed the situation as quickly as we could. We sincerely apologize for the situation making you and your wife feel uncomfortable. « hide

We have had a meeting with our laundry department to ensure that all of our towels and sheets are phased out when worn. We are so glad to hear that our staff was excellent through your entire stay! We do have staff at the front desk 24 hours a day to assist you. Unfortunately every now and then hotels do have guests that are not respectful of others in the hotel. If this is brought to our attention when the issue is going on we will always act to rectify the situation whatever it may be. Sadly if the issue is not brought to our attention until check out we do not have a chance to make our stay the best it could have been.We do hope that you will choose to stay with us again for your next trip to the Poughkeepsie area! « hide
