“Almost there...but not quite.”

I booked this hotel because of the great reviews I got off trip advisor. I hate to give a bad review but there were a few things the hotel missed on. I called the hotel early in the day to let them know we were having a late arrival around 1am. The person who answered the phone was very pleasant and said no problem. We arrived around 1:30am. The agent checked us in. She was not overly pleasant but she was not rude. She did not give me a brief description of hotel like when was breakfast, directions to the elevator or nothing like that. When we arrived to the room I checked under the sheets for bed bugs and to see if sheets had been cleaned. I found two dirty socks under the bed (on the matress part not on the floor) I called down and asked for some gloves and told her what had happened. Once again she was pleasant but not over friendly or appoligetic. Everything else was ok in the room the size, cleaniness, etc except for the low water pressure in the shower. We took a shower that night with the low water pressure. The pressure was so low you could not wash the soap off. We alerted the front desk of the problem the next morninng with hopes the issue would be resolved by the time we returned to the room. We left the room at 11am and did not return til 11pm. When we returned the water pressure had increased but it was still so low. There were no notes left about the service repair of them not being able to repair it. Overall the staff was pleasant and answered all our questions. The hotel was at a good location and the price was right. My only concerns are 1. How do you make a bed up and change the sheets and not see two dirty socks? 2.) My concern is that is the water pressure like that in every room? Those would be my concerns if we decided to return. The water pressure is the big issue.
