“DO NOT STAY HERE!”

This was by far the worst stay I've ever had at a hotel. I booked a room for my wedding night so that we could stay somewhere local before heading off on our honeymoon. I have stayed at this hotel so I knew exactly what room I'd be getting which was supposed to be their suite with jacuzzi in the main part of the room. When my daughter arrived to check in for me and drop my things off it was definitely not the correct room. It was a REGULAR room despite having paid extra for the suite. My daughter went to the front desk to report the problem and was told that the manager was actually staying in the suite that we were supposed to have and that there was nothing they could do. Although I was upset I asked could they at least fix the rate so that we weren't paying for a suite. The woman said that since I booked through the website she could not fix the rate, nor could she cancel reservation. We were stuck with it and had to call the 800 number to fix it. There was no time for this as I was GETTING MARRIED! and shouldn't have had to worry about any of this. So we stayed in the room and decided to call after. The next morning we called for a late check out. Despite being told we could have a late checkout a man walked right into our room while my husband wasn't dressed! How rude and unprofessional. I called the 800 number when we got back from our honeymoon and was told that they couldn't do anything about it (Despite the girl at the hotel saying that she couldn't do anythign and we'd have to call the 800 number to get it fixed) and that they would submit the complain and that the hotel manager should call us within 48 hours. We did not ever receive a call. Of course. Pathetic service and awful hotel.
