Days Inn Raleigh Glenwood-Crabtree

Dear Guest, it appears that you must have stayed at another Days Inn OR probably looked at wrong web site for pictures of another Days Inn. I am not sure, which web site and where you looked at to see that we have Swimming Pool. We never had swimming pool but we do have an Exercise facility. I have personally checked again to all the web sites to confirm that none of the web sites listing us as having a Swimming Pool OR posted any pictures. As you probably know, there are hundred's and thousand's of web sites, which uses various pictures and links for the hotel booking thru travel agents to earn commission. I would strongly suggest for you and any guest to Book Direct and Book directly thru our own Brand Web Site DaysInn.com OR call direct to the hotel to avoid any confusion about the amenities. Please accept our apology for the incovenience if you stayed at our Days Inn in Raleigh. Thank You. « hide

Dear Guest, we greatly appreciate your comments and wonderful words about our Friendly Staff to suggest you a Nice Restaurant. As you know, We work very hard and have reliable friendly staff to take care of all our Guest's needs. About the front desk and office location, we are sorry to hear that you had hard time finding it as we do not have Canopy. I wish city of raleigh can allow us to put Canopy and more signs but there are rules and restrictions about placing the signs and banners etc and unfortunately we have limitations to work with. We have had done improvements few years ago and at least we were able to remove the glass hollow block wall and put new see thru glass window, where once the guest is in parking lot and drive by can easily see our front desk and lobby area. We are so sorry to hear that remote control of the TV didn't work well as you stated thet probably battery was getting old and bad. I wish and hope that you would have mentioned about the remote battery to our front desk staff and we would have been very happy to take care of that for you as well. Dear Guest, We greatly appreciate your comment about the recent stay at our Days Inn in Raleigh. I am glad to hear that you liked our King Bed, which are the best with all amenities. As you know, all of our King Bed are equipped with Pull Out Sofa, Coffee Table, Iron, Hair Dryer, Alarm Clock, Microwave, Refrigerator, Hard wired High speed Internet. As per Days Inn brand standard, Continental Brakfast is served each morning between the hours of 6-9AM. We understand your concern about the protein item and we will look into this to see what other items can be added along with our other items on continental breakfast. We are so sorry to hear that our Housekeeping staff overlooked the corner area of the bathroom and there were some particals left behind. Please accept our apology. We will do our best with the Housekeeping staff to make sure that they pay close attention on cleaning each of our room everyday and provide clean and comfortable rooms. Dear Guest, we appreciate your comments. As you know, we provide hard wired high speed internet and not wi-fi at the moment. We do understand that with new technology and most of the individual's travelling with smart phones and i-pad's now a dasy need Wi-Fi. We are doing our best and working on it to improve for soon to provide Wi-Fi as well. We do provide and have our 70 TV Cable Channels including HBO. Our Continental breakfast is per brand standard of Days Inn. We are so sorry to hear that you were disappointed. Please give us another opportunity to better serve you in near future. Thanks. « hide

Dear Guest, We appreciate your feedback and comments. We are sorry to hear that you stayed during very bad storm and high wind, which is beyond our control. As you know, there was an extremely bad weather with very high winds during end of January 2013, where so many trees and powerlines were down as well some area of NC were flooded.Since we are centrally located off of Glenwood Avenue, traffic on the road and some noise is noticable on front side of our rooms and therefore most of our guest prefers and likes to stay on back side of the property, which is more quiet. For your future stay, I would recommend that you ask for the room on back side on the property and let's hope that weather will be better and there will not be bad storm and high winds. Dear Guest, we are so sorry to hear that you were dis-appointed with your stay at our Days Inn. We will look into the furniture condition as it is fairly new and we have upgraded it only few years back. If you were not happy about the cleanliness, you should have informed our front desk immediately and give us an opportunity to correct the problems if any and allow us to take care of it immediately.
