“Extremely disgusted-management TERRIBLE! DO NOT STAY HERE!!”

My family and I were in town for a softball tournament. We decided on the Days Inn-Williamston, NC because of the price. I booked online. The room was ok, however we had ZERO hot water. When we spoke to the front desk we were informed that the whole building was out of hot water. I asked for a discount. The front desk clerk was very nice and said she would call me after speaking with the manager. I received a call the following day starting the manager was not going to refund me any $$ back because I booked online and already received a discount for doing so and that he could give me a voucher for a future stay. I explained we didnt know if we would ever be back in the area and they stated they were sorry, thats all they could do. I have tried several times to reach the manager but told every time that he is not in. We generally enjoying staying at Days Inns in other locations but WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN AND DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!!!
